Mccurtain County Fair Board is putting this pageant on thanks to BreeAnn Brinkley Campbell for putting it all together. You can pick up application at Complete Care Medical in Idabel or Hugo. (Applications can start being picked up Friday 2-9-18 and the deadline to enter is 4-2-18)

Miss Kiamichi Country Pageant February 7 at 6:20pm ยท

The Miss Kiamichi Country Pageant is for girls ages newborn to 18 years old who live in Kiamichi Country in Oklahoma.
The counties included are McCurtain, Choctaw, Pushmataha, Atoka, Leflore, Haskell, Pittsburg, Latimer, and McIntosh.

The pageant will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Larry Brinkley Event Center at the fairgrounds in Idabel, OK.

The dresscode is a short party type, Easter type, or Church type dress for ages newborn to 14 years old.
Ages 15 to 18 years old are to wear a short prom type dress.

The contestants will compete in onstage modeling, stage presentation, choice of dress, photogenic, and for ages 9 years old to 18 years old only a short interview.

Entry fee is $50 that includes one photo for photogenic, if you want to enter more photos it is $10 each photo.

This is a fundraiser pageant under the direction of the McCurtain County Fairboard, all proceeds go to the Miss McCurtain County pageant, a free pageant for girls ages 14 to 18 that takes place during the free fair. Deadline to enter the pageant is Monday, April 2, 2018.

Starting Friday, February 9th Entry forms can be picked up and turned into the following places

Each age division will have a Queen, 1st Runner Up, 2nd Runner Up, Photogenic, and Crowd Pleaser.

The age divisions for the pageant are

Tiny Baby Miss: Newborn to 5 months old.
Baby Miss: 6 months to 11 months old.
Baby LaPetite Miss: 12 months to 2 years old.
Tiny Miss: 3 years old to 4 years old.
Junior LaPetite Miss: 5 years old to 6 years old.
LaPetite Miss: 7 years old to 8 years old.
Petite Miss: 9 years old to 10 years old.
Junior Little Miss: 11 years old to 12 years old.
Little Miss: 13 years old to 14 years old.
Miss: 15 years old to 18 years old.
